We provide Staff for all types of events. Our Staff Services start at $25/Hour.
We have Certified TABC Bartenders, Buffet Servers, Wait Staff, Bar Backs, Appetizer Passers, Bussing Staff, Water Services, Cake Services, Check In Assistants, Set up and Break down, Valet Services and more.
For us to better serve you please read the descriptions below to determine which Staff Services you need! Please know that these are Services only and do not include any rentals needed. Some services mentioned below require certain rentals for us to perform specific duties which will be an additional fee. We also may require a travel fee based on mileage to and from your Venue. A Bartender is certified in the state of Texas to mix and serve alcoholic beverages. This includes working behind a bar, pouring champagne for toasts or passing wine or drinks. We require one bartender per 50-75 guests. Two bartenders for 100-150. Our bartenders provide their own required tools to manage their bar (wine bottle opener, shot measuring cup, can for mixing, ice scoop, ice bucket for clean ice (if needed), napkins, stirrers, drip mats and more. Prices start at $35/hr. **We also have bar rentals available and bar packages like ice, mixers, cups and more.
A Bar back is a Staff member who assists the bartender and works in the bar area. They assist in setting up the bar area and keeping items stocked and cleaned at all times. They may assist in ice refills, moving alcohol to the bar area, bussing event areas to remove trash and more. A bar back is an add on service. They are not permitted to serve alcohol. Prices start at $20/hr
A Server is a Staff member who assists with the food you are serving to your guests. They may assist with buffet set up and breakdown, serving food from a buffet line, refilling food pans at the buffet line and more. Usually our Serving Staff will also provide table bussing services once food is served, if time permits. The amount of Staff needed is based on menu being served, guest count and dinnerware being used. Prices start at $25/hr minimum 3 Hours
Wait Staff is a waiter which is similar to those in a restaurant. They provide service to guest tables. This usually includes us plating food in the kitchen or at the buffet and delivering food to the guest tables. Wait Staff is determined on menu being served and requires trays and tray jack rentals. The amount of Staff needed is based on menu, guest count and dinnerware being used. Wait Staff may also bus tables or deliver cake to tables if these services are needed. Prices start at $30/hr disposable or $35/china minimum 5 Staff
Passing Staff also known as Cocktail Servers are those who use trays to pass appetizers possibly during cocktail hour, pass cake during cake cutting services and more. They are standard Staff. They will pass and will also pick up small trash items as needed. Trays are required for this service unless they are provided by client. *Staff are not allowed to pass alcohol unless specified to assure they are TABC certified. Prices differ for alcohol passing. **BUSSING STAFF is our most popular service. This includes Staff removing all small trash including plates, flatware, napkins, cups and more from guests tables. This is based on guest count and type of dinnerware. This may include cocktail hour, dinner time, cake service and final bussing throughout the event. We require one Staff per 75-100 guests if using disposable items. Two or more are required per 100 if china or glassware is being used. Bussing starts at $25/hr for basic disposable and $30/ for china and may be $35/hr for china and glassware. Chargers and Napkins are not disposable items! Trays and tray jacks are required when bussing china and glassware. **China bussing includes scraping and stacking only and does not include cleaning.
Cake Services includes a one time fee that we charge per cake to cut your wedding or event cake. This includes cake cutting service only and placing it on the cake table. This is an Add On service to Bussing or Serving services. Starts at $25 per cake.
Water Services is where we preset glasses with water on the guest tables. This may include ice and water or ice and tea along with presetting the glasses. Glasses and Ice/tea/water are not included. This is for service only. We do provide options to add ice and water and glass rentals. This is based on guest count and amount of time available. This is an Add on service only. This includes a one time fill and does not include refill services unless specified. Water Pitchers and cart are required for this service. Prices start at $30/hr.
Set up and Breakdown Services or Pre-setting services are available and are customized to fit you needs. These are based on guest count, table count, decor assistance needed. This may include unpacking boxes and repacking boxes. It does not include unloading or loading trailers unless service is added on. Hours needed are to be determined. This is a set up service only for decorating and does not include styling or design services. Items must be ready to be set out. We will provide our standard supplies and tools. Prices are to be determined and start at $300.
Trash Services are NOT included in any of our packages! If your venue requires trash be taken out to the dumpster we must be informed in advance. There is an additional fee based on the location of the dumpster. Prices starting at $25. This is an add on option only and must be specified in advance!
We provide Bartenders for all Events. Our Bartenders are TABC Certified and Insured!
Bartending Services start at $35/Hour.
Ask about our Custom Cocktail Services. We provide Tastings while we design your custom cocktails.
