We are happy to be on the Preferred Vendors list for the following Venues: Windveil Manor, At the Shire, Deep In the Heart Farms, Blue Moon Farms, Venue 311 and Team Abilities Activity and Community Center. We are also preferred vendors for the following Catering Companies: Goode Co, Pappas Catering and Wolfe and Wine. Special Pricing is available when booking us at these Venues. Wedding Packages:


Day of Coordination - Full Service Package:  $1200

Includes: Two Wedding Professionals for the duration of the day, times are unlimited and are to be determined by client. Includes full set up and break down of decorative items provided by the client or rented from Stages, creation and management of Timeline and Order of Events, light cleaning and overview of entire wedding and reception area, cake cutting (if needed), Includes onsite Vendor management throughout the day. Services start approximately six weeks prior to Wedding date. Includes one visit to venue to assist with floor plan and vendor setup locations. Rehearsal is included at the location on the day before or the day of. This package is for one location only. Includes unlimited text, emails and phone calls.

*trash removal to dumpster is not included.


Day of Coordination - Execution Only Package:  $600

Includes: One Wedding Professional for the duration of the day, times are unlimited and are to be determined by the client. Includes very light set up which may consist of lighting candles and final touches only, creation and management of Timeline and Order of Events, light cleaning throughout wedding and reception area and cake cutting (if needed). Services start approximately six weeks prior to Wedding date. Rehearsal may be included based on location. Includes unlimited text, email and phone calls.

*Does not include removing trash to dumpster.


Wedding Ceremony and Reception Grand Entrance Package:  $350

Includes: This package is for the couple who may have assistance with the Reception (by DJ or other helpers). This includes one Wedding professional to assist with the Wedding lineup and precession. We will arrive one hour prior to wedding, includes lining up wedding party, wedding precession, final touches inside venue during wedding which may consist of lighting candles, includes welcoming guests after ceremony and ends with assisting wedding party into reception with grand entrance. Includes timeline and order of events creation. Planning starts approximately three weeks prior to wedding date. *Additional fee may required based on location.

Timeline and Order of Events Digital Package:  $100

Includes: This package is for the DIY Bride who has a lot of help on her Wedding day and is choosing not to hire a Planner or Coordinator. We will work with you remotely (txt, email or phone calls) to create a Vendor Timeline and Order of Events to help your Wedding run smoothly. This includes unlimited consultation with unlimited edits starting six weeks prior to Wedding date. This may also include assistance with Wedding Processional Order. Final edited version will be emailed in PDF format to Client no later than 24 hours prior to Wedding (Final copy is usually updated after Rehearsal).


ADD ON OPTIONS:

Hourly Rates Available:  Prices Starting at $125/hr for a minimum of 3 hours

Add Rehearsal to your Day of package:  $50 (based on location)

Add on an additional location: This includes an additional Staff member to assist at a separate location

Add an Assistant:  $50/Hr (Minimum 3 Hours) (Available as an Add On to any package.)

Bussing Services:: Add Staff to your Coordinating Package to have your guests tables cleaned. 2 Staff, 4 hours ea $200.

Trash Services:  $50 Includes services to remove trash from venue to dumpster (does not include bar trash or catering trash)


Partial Planning: $1600

Includes: The Day of Coordinating package and an additional 6 weeks of assistance with planning your special day. We will assist with finalizing all vendor contracts and coordinating all delivery and set up times. We will work with you on floor plan at the venue to assure everything runs smoothly operationally.  This includes unlimited consultations and hours of assistance leading up to the wedding day.


Full Wedding Planning: $2500

Are you planning a Wedding and unsure where to begin? This full service package includes assistance with locating your Venue and all Vendors needed. We will assist in scheduling onsite or zoom consultations with Vendors, will work with budget management and will keep you on track with our timeline management. We will attend appointments with you throughout the planning process as needed and will gladly review all contracts. We will also assist with a payment schedule to assure you stay on track while budgeting and planning. This package will also assist with helping you bring you decorative vision to life. We will help with a style board and decor rentals as needed. This package also includes our Full Service Day of Coordinating package which includes rehearsal and coordination of Ceremony and Reception.


Micro Wedding Coordinating Package:  $400

Planning a Small Wedding of 50 or less guests? This includes one wedding professional to assist with Order of Events and Day of Timeline creation and management, This includes one location only and up to five hours only. Process starts approximately six weeks prior to your wedding date.
